The Architectural-Control Committee

Before a homeowner begins any project that changes the appearance of the home or lot, plans must be provided to the Architectural-Control Committee (ACC) for review and approval. Projects that require approval include landscaping and fencing changes and exterior renovations of the home. Exterior painting must be approved if the paint color(s) will change.

Home- or yard-maintenance projects generally do not need approval. An exception is replacement of fencing; owners should check that the existing fencing meets HOA guidelines. If the existing fence is of a permitted type and height, it may be repaired or rebuilt to match. If not, the new fence must be approved by the ACC.

If you are in doubt as to whether your project requires approval, please check with the ACC.

For more details, see Article 8.1 of the HOA Covenants document and our guidelines for submission to the ACC.

The members of the Architectural Control Committee are:

  • Jim Burton
  • Jerry Hauser
  • Kent Zaitz
